Job Summary:

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the local transportation services needs of municipal and state traffic management systems from intersection signals to vehicle tracking and reporting installation and maintenance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specifications.
  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Provides necessary training and career advancement opportunities to teammates.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leads production team to complete assigned projects safely, on time, on budget and to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Plans and conducts Pre-con meetings for each project and ensures our team knows safety needs, risk, and their assigned areas of execution.
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
  • Submits RFI’s, Change Orders and other needed documents as required.
  • Addresses all stakeholder questions and concerns throughout the project.
  • Secures RFQs from vendors per project and ensures timely material processes to maintain schedules.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
