We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to support our biotech research client in optimizing their product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements for PLM processes.
2. Design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions tailored to the needs of the biotech industry.
3. Provide expert guidance on best practices for product lifecycle management, including change control, document management, and compliance.
4. Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure system integrity and adherence to industry regulations.
5. Offer ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP PLM system, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
6. Train and mentor end-users and stakeholders on PLM functionalities and processes.
7. Stay current with SAP PLM advancements and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. 12+ years of experience in SAP PLM consulting, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry.
2. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in SAP PLM modules and related integration points (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
4. Experience with regulatory requirements specific to biotech research (e.g., FDA, ISO).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with onsite teams.
