HR Coordinator

Our client in Lancaster is seeking a personable and adaptable HR Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team of six, offering a competitive salary of up to $57,000. This hybrid opportunity reports directly to the HR Manager and emphasizes the importance of personality and teamwork in fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be open to new ideas, excel in handling employee relations, and contribute to smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for case managers and identify retention needs within the organization.
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate challenging conversations as necessary.
• Oversee unemployment and compensation claims and conduct employment verifications.
• Provide backup support to the HRIS Specialist, assisting with onboarding processes.
• Support various general HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in HR or human services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Indeed and Sage systems.
• HRIS experience is preferred.
