Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Standard Operating Procedures and process requirements
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., stand and walk, climb up and downstairs, to stoop, bend over, and lean into boxes throughout shift
Mechanically inclined, production oriented, and safety and quality conscious
Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Valid Driver’s License. Clear driving record.
Forklift experience
Responsibilities:
Monitor/visually inspect various automotive components
Packing parts per SOP instructions
Operate and maintain Shot Blast equipment, loading and unloading components.
Clean shot blast room and work area throughout shift.
Use computer systems and bar code scanners for lot traceability of components.
Understand production schedule and daily assembly requirements.
Support other operations during periods of low shot blast demand.
