We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our growing processing team as Inventory Services Processors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier invoices across various divisions nationwide. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately match invoices to the correct purchase order (PO) items, ensuring smooth operations and timely processing of 100-140 invoices daily. This position offers a hybrid work schedule—onsite Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays (full onsite presence required during training). If you have data entry skills, a basic understanding of general accounting practices, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we encourage you to today!

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Pick invoices from the workflow inbox and match them to the correct PO items
Process 100-140 invoices per day
Daily list provided to streamline tasks
