The Role

We are currently seeking a Technical Staff Product Manager to become an integral part of our ZenBusiness Developer Platform team. In this pivotal role, you will assume full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of our experimentation platform, testing strategies and ensuring consistency in sitewide behavior tracking via Clickstream. Collaboration with other portfolios across the company is key, as you work to fulfill our commitment to deliver a well proven testing methodology and results we can trust. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of our product offerings and customer satisfaction.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management and is a remote role.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee the product strategy and roadmap for experimentation and clickstream frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and scale systems for real-time clickstream analytics and data collection.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to launch and optimize products based on rigorous A/B testing and data analysis.
  4. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in managing user identity and personal data.
  5. Encourage and guide the team in their support of our developers building experiments and seeking answers to tough questions.

Qualifications

  1. 8+ years product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on some combination of experimentation, clickstream data, or identity management.
  2. Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  4. A leader who people want to follow. You build trust, inspire, and mentor your team.
  5. Track record of successfully leading Agile scrum teams to deliver software frequently and on time.
  6. Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use product metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage.
  7. Technical mindset with a focus on execution and quality.

Bonus Qualifications

  1. Start-up experience
  2. Experience working with backend systems at a SaaS company
  3. A basic technical understanding of the complexities of developing local, test environments, quality control, release practices, and maintainability / monitoring of running complex systems. Engineering experience or similar
  4. Experience with key technologies supporting experimentation, click tracking and identity such as Auth0, LaunchDarkly, Rudderstack, Avo, Mixpanel
  5. macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus
