As the Hotel Manager , you will be responsible for leading and directing such departments as Front Office, Front Desk, Bell, Door, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Security and directly support the Managing Director and Executive Committee Members in providing unmatched guest and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a remarkable leader, exceptional strategic planner, creative thinker, with a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences, and the ability to drive the business forward through innovation and fostering a positive culture.

What are we looking for?
The following outlines the required qualifications for the Hotel Manager:
- No less than 5 years of substantial work experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager or equivalent in a Forbes 5-Star Hotel or equivalent.
- Significant experience managing a unionized or organized workforce.

We offer a compensation package inclusive of a base salary ranging between $240,000.00 and $270,000.00, annual cash incentive, and a long-term incentive (LTI) program paid in company Stocks/RSUs.
The annual salary range is based on applicable and specialized experience.
