Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and insurance needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  2. Understand and explain New York Life’s life insurance offerings and their benefits to clients.
  3. Build strong client relationships with exceptional service, ongoing support, and personalized financial planning.
  4. Generate leads, expand your client base, and meet sales targets through prospecting, networking, and sales presentations.
  5. Utilize New York Life’s training and resources to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  6. Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices to ensure professionalism and client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  2. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and exceed client expectations.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $91,000 yearly
