Mary Kuppens handles project accounting for the project, working closely with the Project Director, Senior Project Managers, and others to maintain project standards. With over 25 years of experience managing teams responsible for delivering first-in-class, client-focused solutions, she ensures the financial health of every project through timely budget and cost analysis. Her organized and readable accounting reports are valuable tools for managing project finances. Mary is well-versed in leveraging technology to encourage collaboration, facilitate knowledge sharing, and deliver upon OPM best practices. As Director of Project Accounting and Administration, she has primary responsibility for the successful delivery of project accounting services, enhanced client portal, mentoring, and integration of staff.
