Job Title: Senior FP&A
Location: Seattle, Washington Metro Area
Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a growing company in the Seattle Metro Area , is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial decision-making. The Senior FP&A will develop financial models, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insights to drive business growth. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy and supporting senior leadership. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with overall business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights to support senior leadership and drive business growth.
- Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports , presenting key insights to executive teams.
- Support capital allocation decisions by conducting ROI analysis and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and implement tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling , forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel .
- Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to work across departments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
