I am looking for experienced Insurance Agents and Retirement Planners who have a passion for success and integrity. With over 20 years as a top producer, I am seeking agents and advisors eager to learn my system and benefit from top contracts. Our contracts are significantly above street level, with most agents receiving a 25-50% increase in their contract level upon joining us.
We conduct business in all 50 states. To understand our impact on the retirement planning industry, please research "Charlie Jewett" and the "Renovating Retirement Podcast."
This is a commission-only position where you can choose to work part-time or full-time. Full-time agents typically earn six figures annually. If you are committed to hard work and prioritizing your clients' needs, we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you build your business.
Responsibilities:
- Attend company training events and webinars
- Listen to the Renovating Retirement podcast to familiarize yourself with our client communication style
- Collaborate with your training manager to learn how to build retirement plans and run income illustrations
- Invest time or money to build your client base. We will guide you through this process, which does not necessarily require financial investment
- Always act in the best interest of your clients without inflating your commissions
Qualifications:
- Enjoy helping and guiding people; experience in coaching, selling, teaching, etc., is beneficial but not required
- Active Life Insurance License- Willingness to get Series 65 and work in retirement planning.
- Ability to learn new skills and apply them effectively
- Positive attitude and a desire to be part of the revolution
