Duties and Responsibilities
The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

• Set up and operate the drill.
• Set up and operate the notcher.
• Follow prints and orders from Production Control to determine the type of product needed and how it is to be prepared (cut to length, position of holes to be drilled, etc.) before passing on to GFL, Fabrication or Shipping.
• Know how to do quality checks on drilled bars.
• Compile data as trained to assist in quality control and scrap management.
• Work overtime as business needs require.
