Job Description
I'm working with a leading household name national flooring company hiring over 100 sales reps across the US in the below locations.
This hiring push is a big part of revamping their outside sales teams and they're hiring in all offices. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. They will provide 4 weeks of fully paid training and there is a sales manager in each office to help get you settled and to help you succeed. Very quick, virtual interview process.
Compensation:
100% uncapped commission structure. Full benefits too.
OTE for year 1: 60-70k
OTE for top 25% of first year billers: 100-125k
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license
- Access to a car for visits to clients
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- US working authorization (no sponsorship provided)
