We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements.
  • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline.
  • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs.
  • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
  • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred.
  • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.

Compensation

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly
