The Role

The Learning Program Manager is part of the Education Team and will report to the VP of Education & Community. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong self-starter who can work well independently in a matrixed organization. The Learning Program Manager will oversee the maintenance, administration and custom or ad-hoc reporting for Imagen’s Learning Management System. The Learning Program Manager will be the primary person responsible for the content deployment strategy & execution, day-to-day learning operations, and maintenance of the Imagen University learning management system. This person will also assist in managing Imagen’s heavily event-based learning strategy. This may require some travel to support events.

This role reports to the Scottsdale support center office on a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a team who will design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs that enhance our employees' skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
  • Responsible for end-to-end program management, overseeing the Project Manager(s) to manage all administrative details, including tracking, materials, communications, and budgeting.
  • Partner closely with Learning & Development design partners to create engaging, learner-centered, interactive learning experiences aligned to business results.
  • Responsible to optimize the effectiveness of the Education program through training, content, strategies, programs and projects to support our clinical initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results.
  • Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation.
  • This role will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and growth through the design, implementation, and management of strategic programs.
  • Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects, directing the work of internal and external resources.
  • Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including charter, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dashboard.
  • Manage each learner’s journey through appropriate content based on their practice’s growth strategy.
  • Oversee delivery of training programs ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational requirements.
  • Partner with the growth team to acquire and analyze data to assign growth tracks for Individual providers.
  • Evaluates course effectiveness and training programs based on feedback, implementation and scores to drive improvements.
  • Partner with the VP of Education to analyze learning metrics, develop dashboards, reporting and action plans.
  • Partner with the VP of Education to design education rollouts, measurement and continuous improvement of offerings.
  • Manage curriculum assignments, cohorts and rosters for all course assignments.
  • Manage discussion board, landing pages, and all other UKG Learning-based communications.
  • Manage internal content library and ensure learning architecture scales.
  • Manage technical relationships with educational vendors.
  • Assist experts with the documentation of technical processes, knowledge and best practices for job aides and future reference.
  • Support other learning and workforce development activities as needed.
  • Provides customer support and administration of the LMS for multiple business units including Support Center and practice employees. This includes responding to learner issues via email and ticketing system about LMS issues such as login, archiving, course logistics, completion tracking and any other end-user issues.
  • Provides support to course designers in the areas of system requirements, multimedia storage, course cloning, copying, backing, retrieving and setup processes within the LMS.

Qualifications

Experience You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience 8-10+ years in program management, learning and development, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects to successful, on-time completion.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Skilled in database management, data analysis and creating report presentations for leadership.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems.
  • Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills and ability to build on experience to use technology to bring opportunities that align the training contents with the goals of the Company.
