MVF Board Treasurer (Volunteer)

The Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors is seeking a volunteer to serve as Treasurer. After several years of service to the community, Treasurer Stephen Taylor resigned the position in mid-March, and it was publicly announced at the March MVF Board of Directors meeting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Treasurer include:

1. Working in coordination with the MVF CFO to oversee the accounting and treasury functions of MVF.
2. Being an active member of both the Audit and Investment committees.
3. Providing high-level review and presentation of MVF’s monthly financial statements to the Board at the monthly meetings.
