Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grower accounts including billing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports related to grower contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of grower transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in agricultural accounting preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
