Job Requirements / Description
  • Load and unload trucks of materials and supplies manually and with a Forklift as needed.
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording all locations.
  • Locates materials and supplies, by pulling and verifying materials and supplies; per production orders.
  • Maintains in-process inventory at work stations by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
  • Maintains material handling equipment by completing daily pre-use inspections; ordering repairs as needed.
  • Must contribute to team efforts by accomplishing all production needs
  • Other duties may be assigned to attain production.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to work in environment with a moderate noise level.
  • Ability to work in environment with excessive heat and vibration. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • Ability to get along well with co-workers.
