Position Summary:
Be a part of the Project Management team for FOX Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD), the division that specializes in custom upfit packages on Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis vehicles. Assist in the management of new program launches by facilitating communication between internal departments and with external suppliers while maintaining clear organization of data throughout the entire product development process. Examine project activities and monitor progress, timelines and budgets.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry into Zoho Projects for new programs, helping to gauge current performance metrics for the Design and Production Integration teams.
  • Take part in frequent (and formally documented) follow ups with internal and external teams to ensure steady progression on programs.
  • Participate in proof-reading documentation, such as work instructions for component installation.
  • Perform other entry-level and administrative duties, as applicable.
  • Attend company meetings and functions.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Diligent, hardworking, and detail oriented
  • Quick to learn work assignments
  • Capable of taking direction
  • Flexible with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Zoho Projects preferred, but not required

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
2+ years of relevant project management experience or with comparable skill and responsibility desired.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office or production/manufacturing environment depending on assignment.
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
