Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of enrollment kit materials and supporting documents as a part of a dedicated project team. This includes working within document automation tools for content development and using internal data resources for content detail. In delivering the materials, you will work independently, as well as within a team. You will also engage with an extensive cross-functional project team of business partners to execute on assigned materials for this complex annual program.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Writes functional specifications and requirement documents that will result in material creation.
- Develops and manages project timelines associated with assigned materials and overall program delivery.
- Leads meetings and/or workgroups supporting document development.
- Manage external vendors for services such as document automation, proofing translation and other deliverables.
- Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
- Executes project management best practices that align with brand objectives/goals.
- Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.
- Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
- Maintains desk level procedures (DLPs) and documentation for assigned materials and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- Technical skills that will allow for successful use of document automation tools, including the ability to develop business rules and logic; and work with internal data sources to generate content output and versioning.
- Previous use of the following (or similar) programs is preferred: Workfront, Microsoft suite including Excel and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Adobe.
- Experience in Medicare, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.
- The successful candidate will have experience with technology as it applies to content development and be comfortable working with data. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication and documentation skills.

- The candidate will also need a working understanding of the CMS marketing guidelines and experience applying brand/marketing standards. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, pivot, and adjust in a complex deadline driven environment.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $75,000 to $103,000.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
