Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Prepare bid reviews, take-offs, and proposals.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On-screen take-off, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Client interaction skills, highly organized, problem solver.
• Strong work ethic and attitude.
