What You Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Packaging Science, or related discipline.
  • At least 4-5 years of packaging engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, experience within the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
  • Understanding of cGMP requirements and basic concepts for liquid dosage manufacturing.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical or packaging environment
  • Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards (preferred)
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI, and CAD software
  • Lean Six Sigma experience (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills
What Your Role Will Look Like as Automation Packaging Engineer:
  • Design and develop automated packaging systems for pharmaceutical products
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, assist maintenance teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve OEE, reduce costs, and minimize waste
  • Assist with preventive maintenance, parts management, and calibrations
  • Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Lead equipment validation and modification projects
  • Provide technical training to operations personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standard
