About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you'll oversee the core HR functions while championing innovative strategies in recruitment, performance management, and compliance. Your ability to implement forward-thinking solutions will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and aligning HR practices with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee relations, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, talent marketing, and data analytics to attract top-tier candidates. Drive employer branding to establish us as a top choice for talent.
  • Mentor and guide HR team, fostering professional growth and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize HR analytics to refine processes, boost recruitment effectiveness, and inform compensation and workforce planning.
  • Lead initiatives that streamline HR operations, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, while aligning with financial goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in HR, including 3+ years in leadership. Expertise in process improvements, global HR practices, and compliance is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, HRIS expertise, innovative recruitment, and strategic compensation planning.
