SeeScan is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our in-house, single-site manufacturing operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing cost, and improving quality. In this position, you will

Oversee the management of multiple departments in a single-site manufacturing environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization
Provide a senior leadership perspective to ensuring an efficient working environment
Establish standards of excellence in operational efficiency
Set strategic goals for continuous improvement of manufacturing operations
Work closely with teams including production and material planning, purchasing and supply chain, and warehouse to oversee successful execution of day-to-day activities

Your background

10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing-oriented operations and/or related industries
Extensive experience in strategic planning and logistics
Experience using an ERP system, Microsoft D365 a plus
Proven success in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational goals

Compensation

This range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually.

Please note that this range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.
