Overview
This position is a rotation through all the areas of Commercial Services, including loan portfolio, field exam, customer credit, underwriting, client portfolio, new business, and international. Upon completion of the rotation program, the candidate will be placed in a permanent role in the International Department of Commercial Services.
Responsibilities
• Review/analyze interim financial statements, fiscal year-end audit reports and client projections on a timely basis; prepare and present written and analytical reports to senior colleagues
• Review cash flows of current and potential clients
• Analyze & monitor Clients’ financial & collateral performance (accounts receivable and inventory)
• Perform field audits and visiting clients on location
• Manage client accounts and offer financial solutions
• Problem solve client issues to resolution
• Support the underwriting process for new and existing clients
• Interact with all levels of management and clients
• Prioritize workloads/deadlines to meet clients’ needs
• Complete systems training
• Complete department rotation; Field Examination, Underwriting, Customer Credit, Client Rotation and New Business
• Work on all aspects of international accounts receivable management.
• Learn client credit/relationship management functions including credit request tracking, deal pricing, collections, aging review, claims, and wire approvals.
• Work on the end of month activities, including commission billing and reporting.
• Get to know FCI and the benefits of our membership in the chain.
• Take and pass the FCI Foundations Course within the first year of employment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Sales Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Sales Support or Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree (Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance)
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Internship experience in a financial position preferred
- Advanced PC skills required
- Be able to work independently and as part of team
- Mandarin fluency a plus
