Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Accounting for daily activity and monthly close of operating properties
- Manage invoice payments and cash-related activities for assigned properties
- Perform reconciliation of bank accounts and maintain accounting schedules as directed by the Accounting Manager and Financial Controller
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for association trustees and manage data feeds for transactions across entities, including revenue reconciliation and client onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 4 years of experience in property accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite and Yardi
