Supply Chain Director

Summary: To manage an organization's overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials and finished product, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods. To develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations and align them with other departments to support fully the company goals and objectives. Support new business growth opportunities through collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Marketing ensuring timely market entry or increase in capacity to meet customer needs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• CMOs and 3PL Management
• Supply Chain teamwork and compliance
• Logistics & Customs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Languages: English. Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Experience (years/area): 10+ years in supply chain and manufacturing within pharmaceutical industry.
• Specific Knowledge: All pharmaceutical regulations, import and export, and managing 3PLs.
• Travel: Yes, 25% or as needed.
• Personal skills: General management skills, strong results-orientation, superior leadership skills, ability to anticipate problems and solve them successfully.
