Continuously analyze and optimize production schedules to improve throughput, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles and standard processes. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of demonstrated experience in production scheduling or related roles, with a proven track record or increased responsibilities. Proficiency in production scheduling data analysis tools ERP system. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. APICS CPIM or CSCP would be a plus.
