We’re currently looking for: Senior Financial Analyst, Business Operations

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:


  • Participating in Business Planning and budgeting for R&D organization
  • Providing analysis toward Annual and Quarterly operational planning tying business objectives to operational plan, identifying gaps and secure funding, matching resourcing to quarterly roadmap planning and enabling framework for project prioritization.
  • Keeping track of job requisitions and control numbers assigned and distributed among product verticals
  • Identifying operational and financial risks and bringing it up for review and mitigation
  • Working independently and in conjunction with product, engineering, recruiting, legal, finance, accounting, human resources (among others) to operationalize recommendations
  • Playing an active role as a member of Business Operations Team, take on one of several areas of responsibility over time and serve as an expert for those areas
  • Analyzing key metrics – distill / synthesize trends and assess current and future business risk
  • Driving accurate forecasting and insightful analysis of budgets and headcount
  • Extracting required data from internal systems, lead analytics projects, and monitor key trends in relevant metrics
  • Maintaining and updating key weekly dashboards for executive staff
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc analytical requests as needed


Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and close attention to detail
  • Advanced level user in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • 5+ years of financial analyst experience or similar
  • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, or Netsuite preferred
  • Experience in Tableau, Lucid chart, creating slides for presentations is plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
  • Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills at multiple levels of the organization, including management and cross-functional groups
  • Motivated self-starter that adapts to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Operates with high integrity and transparency

  • Ability to deliver high quality results while working in a fast-paced environment


Preferred experience:


  • Understanding of SaaS business model and cloud operations
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Project management skills

If you are hired in Denver, Colorado, or Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $58,100 and $126,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
