Develop and manage social content plan that is culturally relevant and supports key business and marketing objectives? Lead the editorial calendar and planning for the LoveShackFancy’s social channels in partnership with our Founder, head of marketing, internal creative team, and fellow social media team members with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest? Closely partner with brand founder to execute social messaging in response to real-time business needs? Lead the story and asset planning and selection process for a comprehensive social editorial program leveraging data insights to inform decision making? Define social campaign roll-out on all upcoming collection launches and special projects? Identify key moments to activate the LoveShackFancy brand across the editorial calendar through a mix of monthly, seasonal, rapid response, and always-on content? Become a champion of the company social community, making sure our content reflects the interests and needs of our audience, finding opportunities to engage with brand fans and creators and celebrate the community? Lead the qualitative and quantitative analysis of audience, cultural, community, technological, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development? Support the development of a robust measurement plan to ensure that content strategy is evaluated correctly? Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring performance and impact of social content efforts to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools? Perform regular audits of brand’s social presence to on all platforms, monitor competitors and relevant social channels? Closely collaborate with the other social media team members through content creation brainstorms and daily check-ins? Oversee content publishing, including weekly social plans, and community management across platforms.? Attend occasional photoshoots for BTS content capture on an as-needed basis, as determined by senior teamSKILLS, QUALITIES AND BEHAVIOURS:? 3-5 years of social media experience working at a founder-led fashion brand.? In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook.? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shoot, execute, and post content in real time, while meeting deadlines and liaising with social media team members.? Proven interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with our founder, cross-functional partners, and growing social media communities.? Ability to work well under pressure with a flexible, positive, and solutions-driven attitude.? Proficiency with analytic tools and content management software, like Plannely, Later, and Instagram Insights.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.? Understanding and passion for the LoveShackFancy brand.
