If so, we want you on our team! We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic organization and lead the digital marketing efforts that power our business.
About the Role:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy across all channels. You will lead a high-performing team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our brands. Your expertise will help us scale our digital presence, ensure a seamless customer experience, and maximize ROI through data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and support customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Channel Management: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including but, not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Boost organic traffic by implementing cutting-edge SEO tactics.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing to drive conversions.
  • Social Media Marketing: Lead social media efforts to foster engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Email/SMS Marketing: Develop targeted campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer loyalty, and drive repeat business.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to ensure the development of compelling, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Work with the e-commerce team to optimize on-site conversions and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Create data-driven strategies to attract new customers while fostering brand loyalty and improving lifetime customer value.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability, and ensuring the execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving DTC or e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Experience in developing and scaling successful campaigns across digital channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in data analysis, using metrics and insights to inform strategy and improve marketing performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and growing a marketing team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs, manage budgets effectively, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of industry trends and evolving digital marketing technologies.

Salary Description
$100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
