Senior Advisory Associate .

Position Overview

The Senior Advisory Associate will play a key role in providing clients with high-level financial and operational insights. This role requires exceptional financial modeling skills in Excel, a deep understanding of financial statements, and a strategic mindset to support clients' capital raising, M&A, and operational initiatives.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work directly with C-suite executives, investors, and entrepreneurs to help them achieve their financial and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex Excel financial models (including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis) to support business decisions, M&A, and capital transactions.
  • Partner with CEOs, CFOs, and other executives to provide strategic advice on business performance, cash flow management, and financing strategies .
  • Lead and support capital raising, due diligence, and investment opportunities across industries with a primary focus on middle-market real estate.
  • Identify key financial insights and present actionable recommendations to client leadership.
  • Assist in structuring debt and equity transactions and conducting financial statement analysis.
  • Monitor performance of client portfolios and implement value creation strategies.
  • Manage multiple advisory engagements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or corporate finance advisory.
  • Exceptional Excel financial modeling skills (e.g., discounted cash flow (DCF), sensitivity analysis, waterfall models).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
  • Experience with capital markets transactions (debt and equity).
  • Familiarity with middle-market companies and the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership .
  • Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach.
