Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks an experienced and highly motivated Director of Field Operations to join our Strategic Management Team.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this pivotal leadership role are:
- General Management, Training and Development of the Field Team
- Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Operational and Technical Oversight of Service Delivery
- Quality Assurance, Compliance and Customer Satisfaction
- Pricing/Quoting

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, proven service industry experience, and relevant certifications. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:
- 5+ years of demonstrated related performance management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A strong understanding of business management, including basic financial analysis, operational processes, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- A passionate desire to lead and develop Teams of Technicians.
- Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn and work within various technologies.
- Fire and life safety experience is a plus.
