About the Division
Pal Serv Supply Chain Services, a member of the PLA Family of Companies, is a leading provider of comprehensive supply chain services, revolutionizing the way businesses manage their supply chains. With our expertise and state-of-the-art facilities, we ensure efficient and seamless operations from start to finish.
Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Operate a specific or multiple types of saws to cut or trim wood to specified dimensions,
• Perform cuts with precision by adjusting the cutting method, saw blades, as well as the speed and tension needed to provide consistent quality of all pallets.
• Inspect and measure pallet components to verify the accuracy of the cuts.
• Deliver on or exceed the daily production requirements.
• Maintain equipment integrity by performing general upkeep to ensure proper operation.
• Identify and understand types and grades of pallets.
• Operate and maintain multiple forms of hand and power tools, saws, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance.
• Escalate technical and process issues to leadership.
• Foster exceptional and collaborative partnerships with facility staff.
