VP; Investment Banker

BofA Securities, Inc. has an opportunity for a VP; Investment Banker to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients in the Consumer & Retail (C&R) & Healthcare (HC) sectors, including capital markets processes for Loans, Bonds, & Bridge financings.

The role involves:

1. Coordinating with analysts & associates on client coverage, origination, & transaction execution teams.
2. Drafting & negotiating engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, & other documents related to investment banking transactions.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Requirements:

1. Master's or equivalent & 3 years experience in:
1. Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions;
2. Conducting research using Bloomberg, Moody's, S&P, & other financial databases to analyze market data & competitive dynamics;
3. Conducting due diligence & preparing materials for clients in connection with financing transactions.
2. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's degree & 5 years experience.

20% domestic travel, as necessary.

Salary: $275,000.00 - $275,000.00/year.
