By uncovering the perfect blend of organizational structure, people, capabilities, and culture, we drive success for clients facing constant change.YOU WILL:Use knowledge and effective change management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.?Developing and executing an organizational change approach for well-defined low complexity projects or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement and resistance management.Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.Focus on quality completion of deliverables.Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.Organizational change management skill and experience.Experience with implementing organization change using a defined methodology.The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
