Business Operations Associate

Position Summary : Fortify seeks a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take on various responsibilities enthusiastically and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to support our sales and operations teams with various business operations functions.Key Responsibilities :Office Management :

• Oversee daily office operations, including shipping, receiving, and purchasing
• Maintain office/lab supplies, equipment, and facilities ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning properly
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage office-related services

Administrative and Business Operations Support :

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Support operations teams with various tasks and projects
• Assist with sales operations data management and reporting
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and new vendor set up
• Onboarding/offboarding employees

Event Planning and Coordination :

• Work with Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
• Manage logistics for offsite meetings and company functions
• Customer site visit organization

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
