Senior Director of Product - Open Banking

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

As the Product Leader for the Open Banking Team, you will:

  1. Define Capital One's long-term vision for open banking, and champion it with our Senior Leadership.

  2. Develop product and business strategy; prioritize investments to achieve our vision.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver the required capabilities.

  4. Work to ensure our product portfolio meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by the upcoming relevant open banking regulations.

  5. Support the Business in launching and scaling new open banking use cases / experiences.

  6. Coach and grow a high-performing team of Product and Program Managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 10+ years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile product management

  • 10+ years of experience developing and executing on long-term business strategy

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

  • New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200

  • San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $288,800 - $329,600

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
