Puget Sound Kidney Centers Foundation is dedicated to advancing charitable support of the Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). Support helps PSKC patients receive high quality, compassionate care. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to building a community of support for PSKC and the patients they serve.
We partner with community leaders, groups, individuals, foundations and corporations to help:
- Support patient care programs
- Fund new initiatives
- Expand kidney health awareness programs in the community
- Host free kidney education classes
- Provide equipment and facilities that support patient comfort and care
- Assist with care costs for patients in financial need
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional individual as a Foundation Executive Director to join the PSKC Foundation team. The Foundation Executive Director serves as the senior Fundraising and Marketing leader responsible for developing and successfully implementing the organizations strategic philanthropic, marketing and community development initiatives. The Foundation Executive Director serves on the Executive Team and reports to the President and CEO of PSKC. The Director works closely with the PSKC Foundation board members, key volunteers, and community partners to advance PSKCs mission and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and nonprofit leadership experience required.
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive fundraising experience required.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing management required.
- Minimum two (2) years as Executive Director preferred.

Location & Hours
Work is primarily conducted Monday-Friday during regular business hours at the PSKC Foundation office in Shoreline, WA. Occasional travel to other PSKC facilities and events is required. Occasional weekend and evening work in support of donor cultivation and events is required.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a salaried, full-time (40 hours/week), exempt position. Annual compensation wage range offered is $87,379.24 - $131,068.86. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role
Employees are eligible for performance-based pay increases at the time of their annual employment anniversary.
