Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice and full service business return preparation to TurboTax Business customers
• Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences with deep customer empathy
• Utilize resources and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language
• Work towards meeting company key performance metrics and goals
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients/customers per season
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns
• Proficient with technology and computer operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
