Job Requirements / Description

As an AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and help drive the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing guest concerns
  3. Support the General Manager in monitoring inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
  4. Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
  6. Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
  2. BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A MUST
  3. Needs admin (scheduling, ordering, etc.) and marketing experience
  4. Strong leadership and organizational skills
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  6. Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  8. A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences

Pay: $57,199.00 - $70,000.00 per year
