Job Requirements / Description
As an AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and help drive the success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing guest concerns
- Support the General Manager in monitoring inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
- BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A MUST
- Needs admin (scheduling, ordering, etc.) and marketing experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences
