About this Role:
As a National Sales Manager, your goal will be to drive sales of Windstream key products and services with Windstream National Agent Partners. Portfolio of products include HSI, access lines, entertainment services, bundle adders, and if applicable, SMB products. Overall partner management responsibility to drive monthly revenue success.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with all assigned partners to drive sales penetration including the development/planning for revenue growth and performance measurement/tracking.
- Assure that correct collateral/promotion is presented across partner marketing vehicles and the partner understands current offers.
- Propose special initiatives to drive sales and work cross functionally with Channel Support and other critical internal teams to implement.
- Facilitate the expansion of the distribution channel throughout the Windstream footprint including big box retail, Master Agents, and online partners.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with partner executives and managers.
- Function as partner liaison within Windstream, engaging cross functionally with internal stakeholders on various topics including issue resolution.
- Deliver on commitments to customers, both internal and external.
- Conduct bi-weekly partnership calls, monthly calibration sessions, QBR’s and other relevant partner discussions within his/her realm of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively interact within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence people and negotiate.
- Ability to think at a strategic ‘big picture” level.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

The starting compensation range for this job is $96,000 to $116,400.
