LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce a partnership with a premier eldercare facility in Trevose, PA. This collaboration is focused on a contract role that is set to commence immediately.
- Position Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
- Type of Position: Contract
- Salary: $18-$19/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Execute accurate processing of financial transactions including bills, invoices, and statements.
- Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing accounts payable status.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support for audit activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
