Job Title: Electrical Function TesterJob DescriptionPerform electrical functionality testing on custom control panels and systems per documentation. Inspect electrical control panels per schematic/BOM. Upload Engineered program files via USB and manual data entry to controllers, VFD drives, and PLC equipment. Rework/repair faulty components/circuits as needed and ensure all documentation is recorded. Perform Low and High Voltage wiring as needed. Identify opportunities for improvement based on inspection and test results. Complete QC documentation and problem resolution logs. Have aptitude for and perform electrical troubleshooting. Interface with customers and/or service technicians to resolve test issues. Identify and relay errors to coworkers in a professional and efficient manner. Read, understand, and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics, and diagrams. Fast-paced, well-lit environment. The workplace is clean but the nature of the work can be dirty. No A/C, but fans are available to maintain air flow.
