About the Role:
As Yield Manager at MilkMoney, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory and maximizing revenue. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with our media publishers, identifying and securing the most marketable inventory to feature on our platform, and developing competitive pricing strategies. You'll also create innovative and exclusive packages, bundles, and incentives that will captivate our advertisers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with media publishers to evaluate inventory and determine optimal offerings for our platform
- Create compelling packages, bundles, and incentives that drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Analyze market trends to identify the most likely sellable inventory and set competitive pricing
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to optimize yield and revenue performance
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with media publishers, finding ways to deepen these partnerships
- Conduct regular reporting on inventory performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
About You:
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in yield management, revenue optimization, or related roles in the adtech industry
- Exceptional mathematical skills with a strong understanding of analytics, statistics, and finance
- A background in banking, or trading is preferred
- Aggressive negotiating skills is a must
- Excellent people skills to manage and develop relationships with media publishers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and innovative, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business results
