JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Jira Administrator and Process Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administering Jira, customizing Jira workflows, implementing Jira customizations, and integrating Jira with other tools and systems. Additionally, the role will provide guidance on process development, ensuring the team utilizes Jira and other processes efficiently to support our agile methodologies and project management practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role Experience with Jira add-ons and plugins (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Portfolio for Jira) Familiarity with integrating Jira with other tools and systems using APIs or middleware.
