Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Dyne’s recruitment processes by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy of the organization to attract and retain high-performing talent.

This role is based in Waltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Help to manage the overall candidate and hiring manager experience, including scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate profiles to interviewers
  • Maintain and update Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Post job and manage job openings in Greenhouse
  • Assist hiring manager in screening resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition tools and strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling introductory meetings and preparing onboarding materials as needed
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as recruitment agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition efforts

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Experience with HR Information Systems; ADP Workforce Now (WFN) strongly preferred
  • Exceptional Microsoft Outlook calendar management skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of basic employment law and ethics of recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes
