Enable CNS to achieve its business targets by ensuring efficient operations from opportunity to invoice in the market. Build and develop a high-performing customer supply management capability.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Main Responsibility Areas

  • Ensure pre-sales support through early involvement in offer-to-cash process to secure operations readiness
  • Ensure timely and correct inputs for customer offer and Cost Baseline (CBL)
  • Drive customer HW demand planning
  • Ensure correct and timely Order Intake booking
  • Drive customer order management and execution, delivery execution to customer site and timely and correct invoicing
  • Proactive risk mitigation of supply/delivery risks
  • Ensure period end closing and reporting activities
  • Drive compliant and resilient operations for the Market
  • Drive proactive and preventive performance management
  • Ensure MoO implementation and compliance in the Market
  • Develop high functioning and efficient customer supply management capability in the region
  • People management for Market Operations resources in the region.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills and experience

  • At least 5 years relevant Market Operations experience including supply chain and procurement experience
  • Strong understanding of Nokia demand planning, project procurement, and delivery execution processes
  • Able to understand well the supply process and the customer interlinkages as well as be responsive to the customer needs and the Global demand process
  • Able to work with different stakeholders simultaneously
  • Cost driven and solution-focused
  • Pragmatism and making tough decisions as needed
  • Effective engagement with multiple stakeholders (CNS GtM, Finance, MN & NI Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
