We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Marketing with a strong focus on product management and website development. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, product lifecycle management, and website optimization. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's overall marketing strategy while leading cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our digital products and website.

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals. This is a high-impact position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, focusing on both product marketing and digital innovation.

Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance on digital marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.

Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across channels.

Product Management:

Oversee the product management lifecycle, from market research and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, with a focus on enhancing the digital experience.

Work closely with the product development team to define product features, user stories, and timelines.

Conduct customer and market research to drive data-driven decisions for new product features and improvements.

Own the go-to-market strategy for product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and user engagement.

Website Development & Optimization:

Lead the strategic vision for the company's website and digital properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Oversee the development and optimization of the website, ensuring it serves as a primary driver for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand engagement.

Collaborate with internal development teams and external agencies to build an intuitive and high-performing user experience (UX) across all devices.

Implement and analyze A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO best practices to maximize traffic and user engagement.

Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation, CRM systems, and other digital tools to enhance website performance and lead generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, UX/UI designers, sales, and customer success teams to create a unified digital and product marketing experience.

Serve as the key liaison between marketing, engineering, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with product and website development goals.

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product management and digital/website development.

Proven experience leading marketing teams, launching products, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

Strong knowledge of web development practices, UX/UI design, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms).

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
