Position Summary :

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to manage, lead, and provide direction to the supply chain and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.


Position Responsibilities:

- Manage, lead, and provide direction to the supply chain and logistics teams.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, international supply chain teams, and business development to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions for all customers.

- Supervise physical inventory and cycle count processes, working with the warehouse manager to improve overall warehouse processes.

- Update and improve procedures, instructions, and tools related to inventory control.

- Implement new processes and enhance existing SOPs.

- Coordinate and lead meetings with customers and other team members.

- Distribute and communicate quarterly pricing updates to all customers.

- Complete monthly spreadsheets, including a full monthly sales audit, to ensure invoicing and pricing accuracy across all customers.

- Conduct annual reviews for all team members and provide performance feedback to HR and leadership regarding individual performance.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.

- 1+ years of managing a team or direct reports.

- Strong competency in analysis, data collection, process flow creation, and SOPs.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- NetSuite experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Driven, self-managed, and results-oriented with a willingness to work in a team environment.

- Demand planning and forecasting experience.
